We tolereren geen enkele vorm van misbruik, uitbuiting of seksualisering van minderjarigen. Overtredingen van dit beleid kunnen resulteren in onmiddellijke maatregelen.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top: 40px; margin-bottom: 20px; border-bottom: 1px solid #eaeaea; padding-bottom: 10px;\">Beleid<\/h2>\n\n  <section style=\"margin-bottom: 32px;\">\n    <h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 12px;\">Leeftijdsbeperking<\/h3>\n    <ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 20px;\">\n      <li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px;\">Fox is bedoeld voor gebruikers van 18 jaar en ouder.<\/li>\n      <li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px;\">Elke poging om de leeftijd te vervalsen om toegang te krijgen tot het platform is ten strengste verboden en kan leiden tot schorsing of verwijdering van het account.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section style=\"margin-bottom: 32px;\">\n    <h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 12px;\">Verboden activiteiten<\/h3>\n    <p style=\"margin-bottom: 16px;\">Fox verbiedt alle vormen van uitbuiting en misbruik van kinderen, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot:<\/p>\n    \n    <ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 20px;\">\n      <li style=\"margin-bottom: 12px;\">\n        <strong>Materiaal voor seksueel misbruik van kinderen (CSAM):<\/strong>\n        <ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; margin-left: 25px; margin-top: 8px;\">\n          <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px;\">Het delen, cre\u00ebren of verspreiden van inhoud met betrekking tot seksueel misbruik of seksuele uitbuiting van kinderen.<\/li>\n          <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px;\">Afbeeldingen van naaktheid, seksualisering of fetisjering van kinderen in welke vorm dan ook, inclusief artistieke of digitale afbeeldingen.<\/li>\n          <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px;\">CSAM-detectie wordt uitgevoerd met behulp van geavanceerde AI-technologie\u00ebn in combinatie met handmatige controle om schadelijke inhoud proactief te identificeren en verwijderen.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n      \n      <li style=\"margin-bottom: 12px;\">\n        <strong>Seksualisering van minderjarigen:<\/strong>\n        <ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; margin-left: 25px; margin-top: 8px;\">\n          <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px;\">Discussies, rollenspellen of handelingen waarbij minderjarigen worden geseksualiseerd.<\/li>\n          <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px;\">Gebruik van geseksualiseerde kleding of gedrag dat bedoeld is om minderjarigen uit te buiten of te schaden.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n\n      <li>\n        <strong>Schadelijke of gevaarlijke handelingen met minderjarigen:<\/strong>\n        <ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; margin-left: 25px; margin-top: 8px;\">\n          <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px;\">Fysiek of psychologisch misbruik, dwang of gevaarlijke activiteiten met minderjarigen afbeelden, aanmoedigen of ermee dreigen.<\/li>\n          <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px;\">Verwaarlozing, mensenhandel of enige vorm van uitbuiting bevorderen.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section style=\"margin-bottom: 32px;\">\n    <h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 12px;\">Beperkingen op verschijnen in inhoud<\/h3>\n    <ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 20px;\">\n      <li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px;\"><strong>Kinderen met volwassenen in stromen:<\/strong> Minderjarigen mogen onder geen enkele omstandigheid samen met volwassenen deelnemen aan livestreams, video's of andere inhoud.<\/li>\n      <li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px;\">Het is ten strengste verboden voor minderjarigen om deel te nemen aan livestreams, video's of inhoud op het platform, alleen of in gezelschap van anderen.<\/li>\n      <li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px;\">Het aanmaken van accounts namens minderjarigen is verboden.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section style=\"margin-bottom: 32px;\">\n    <h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 12px;\">Verboden gebruikers<\/h3>\n    <ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 20px;\">\n      <li>Personen die veroordeeld zijn voor misdaden tegen kinderen, zoals seksueel misbruik, verwaarlozing of mensenhandel, mogen Fox niet gebruiken.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section style=\"margin-bottom: 32px;\">\n    <h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 12px;\">Rapportagemechanisme<\/h3>\n    <p style=\"margin-bottom: 12px;\">We nemen meldingen van misbruik serieus.
